Do you offer volume discounts?

What's your shipping policy?
Most orders above $199 are shipped FREE to the continental US. Many items below $199 ALSO qualify for free shipping as noted. Rare exceptions may apply due to weight and dimension restrictions. Yes, we do ship internationally as well. All orders are shipped with UPS or through the USPS (United States Postal Service). We do our best to ship QUICKLY, in some cases same day. If there is a delay in processing your order someone from our store will contact you directly.
What's your return policy?
We will happily accept unopened, re-saleable merchandise returned to us within 14 days for a 100% refund of the item's purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded. If item was shipped free, returns or exchanges will incur our shipping cost. After 15 days, returns are accepted but will incur a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 60 days. Music and clothing are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Do you offer DJ equipment repairs?
Sure do. Our showroom is located in midtown Manhattan at 462 7th Avenue. If you're in the area you can drop off your merchandise for expert repairs.
Do you offer DJ equipment rentals?

Do you guarantee the lowest prices?
We sure do. If you find an authorized dealer with a better price including shipping, we'll match it... or BEAT it! Purchases made through non authorized dealers do not include the manufacturer's warranty (and may be used or refurbished), but it's worth giving us a call. We'll do what we can. We truly appreciate your business so if you see a better price, please let us know and give us the opportunity to beat it.
